Interior Rear Room:
We fitted double doors opening inwards with full length windows either side, a wrought iron balustrade fitted to the outside, also fitted in the room is a radiator, 2 double plug sockets, 1 pendant light fitting and a light switch.

Interior Front Room:
We have fitted a high level Velux window and a fire escape Velux window which is located to the right behind the wall, also fitted in the room is a radiator, 2 double plug sockets, 1 pendant light fitting and a light switch.

Bathroom:
The customer supplied the bathroom suite and we plumbed and fitted all sanitary ware. We also fitted to this room a radiator, a pendant light fitting and a light switch
