Week 2

• Constructed the main frame of the Dormer with a flat roof, timber sidewalls and a vertical rear face wall.
• Inserted the high level Velux, and fire escape Velux to the front roof slope.
• It is at this stage of the construction, we show the owners where the divisions of the internal walls are going to be, and the location of the front and rear windows.
• This is when you can make any changes from the original plans,and in this case the owners have asked us to change the rear bedroom window to double doors opening inwards with a wrought iron balustrade.
