LOFT ROOMS are a well established (since 1966) brand leader loft conversion company operating predominantly in the west and south-west London area. Due to the continuing growth of our business we are now seeking to fill positions to compliment our existing team so that we can provide our customers with a complete in-house service:-

• Qualified Structural Engineer - To prepare plans and structural calculations of the conversions, particularly specification of the steel beams required, for the Building Regulations approval. The role would also involve the preparation and submission of both Planning and Building Applications - either CAD or hand-drawn.
• Draughtsman - To prepare the plans required for Planning and Building Applications - either CAD or hand-drawn - and support the structural engineer.

The above 2 positions will involve site visits to carry out the measured surveys of the properties and firm up the design brief with customers. You will be working from our head office in north-west London, as part of a team who deal with the initial client enquiry, survey to assess feasibility and quotation, through to completion of the projects. You will be expected to have a full knowledge of the relevant statutory requirements and previous experience in the residential sector would be beneficial.

You will need to possess a full clean driving licence and preferably be a non smoker. The package includes an attractive salary, car, private health insurance, mobile phone and generous holiday entitlement.

In addition our crews are looking for the following:-

• Plumbers - Corgi registered with at least 3 years experience.
• Electricians - NIC, ECI or JIB registered with at least 3 years experience.
• Bricklayers, Plasterers, Roofers and Tilers - experience required.
